RETURN POLICY

You can return any item within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid (excluding shipping costs), provided that the item is in its original condition and unused.

In Germany the return is free* and you won’t be charged anything else.

Shoes must be returned in their original box with all packaging and contents included. Please include the completed Return Form inside the parcel.

How to make a return:

  1. Request your prepaid label by emailing resi@enposh.it, mentioning your order number or full name.

  2. Fill out the return form included in your order.

  3. Pack the shoes in their original box, protect it properly, and remove any old shipping label.

  4. Drop your parcel at a postal or DHL point.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Keep the shipping receipt until your refund is completed.

  • All countries: please allow up to 8 working days for processing.

*For sale or promotional items under €50, €9 will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs.
