If it is not possible to charge the payment on the due date, Klarna will make a second attempt to automatically charge the payment two days later. If this attempt is unsuccessful, Klarna will issue a statement for the full outstanding amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna will notify you when the payment is due two days before you attempt to collect it and you can always monitor the due date in the Klarna application. If you do not pay on time using the "Pay in 3 installments without interest" option, your credit score will not be impacted.

Is your payment information secure?

Your payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card data is transferred or retained by ENPOSH. All transactions take place over secure connections using the industry's latest security protocols.

Can I pay before the expiration date?

Yes. Simply go to the Klarnba app or log on to the Klarna.com/uk website and pay in advance.

Was the payment successful?

Klarna will send you an email notification and a push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when it has been successfully collected, or in the unlikely event that the payment is not successful. If a payment has been made but no payment confirmation has arrived, you will always be able to check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging into www.klarna.com/uk.

What happens to your statement after you return the goods?

Once ENPOSH has received the return (partial or total) and you have received confirmation of receipt, Klarna will send you a statement with an updated payment schedule in the case of a partial return. With a full return, we will refund all payments collected and cancel all future scheduled payments. You will always be able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

You have received your statement but have not yet received the goods.

In the event that the goods have not yet been received, please call ENPOSH to check the status of your order and its delivery. You can also contact Klarna Customer Service so we can postpone the payment due date or put your order on hold in the Klarna app pending delivery.

You have cancelled your order. How long will it take before I receive my refund?

As soon as the store has registered the cancellation or return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

The user has requested a refund, how will it be processed?

Refunds will be made to the debit or credit card that was originally given at checkout.

The user has not received any emails regarding their statement or payment details.
